How long does it take usually to renovate?

How long it will take to complete the project depends on the size of the renovation. In addition to your estimate, we will also provide you with an estimated timeline for the project.

How is the cost of a renovation determined?

We determine costs based on the amount of materials, and labor it will take to complete the job in the required time frame.

How do you handle budget overruns?

In your estimated costs, we include an additional 10% to account for budget overruns.

How long is an estimate good for?

Chadley Renovations will honor any estimate issued for up to 30 days.

Can you help me plan and design my renovation?

Chadley Renovations is a full service renovation and remodeling company, we offer services from planning and design to finishes.

What are your work hours?

Chadley Renovations is open 24/7 for estimates & emergency services

How do I pay and when?

We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, credit cards, electronic payments, and payment apps. Upon entering into a renovation contract, 50% of your costs are due up front and 50% is due upon the completion of the project.

What do you do to ensure a safe work environment?

In order to ensure a safe work environment, Chadley renovations requires strict adherence to SOPs and Safety protocols. we also carry general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation (workers comp) insurance and commercial auto.Insurance certificates can be provided upon request.

How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Our goal is to be on-site for an estimate either same day or within 48 hours of the estimate request. Written estimates are provided within the same 24-48 hour time frame.

Do You Use Subcontractors?

Yes, we do use tried and true subcontracting partners for various projects.
